Erik Varekamp, original inked page Agent Orange, the early years of Prince Bernhard Agent Orange, a series featuring Prince Bernhard as the main character by artist Erik Varekamp and author Mick Peet, is a magnificent historical comic that caused quite a stir during the prince's lifetime. His Royal Highness even responded personally when his NSDAP card was drawn and depicted in the book. At the time, he denied the existence of that card. We now know that the card did indeed exist. For years, Erik Varekamp has been drawing comics on his computer, so there are no originals left. The first albums were still hand-drawn and inked on paper.
